We work hard to show our shoes accurately, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Handcrafted khussas and leather shoes may have small variations in stitching, texture or shade, which are part of their handmade character.

Sizes can vary slightly between styles, so please check our size guide before ordering.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

We may change prices, discounts or promotions at any time. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after confirmation.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. You'll receive an order confirmation by email or SMS, but this doesn't guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if:

• The product is out of stock
• There's a pricing or listing error
• We can't verify the order or delivery details
• We suspect fraud or misuse of discount codes

If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

We deliver nationwide through TCS, Leopards and PostEx. Orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates. We aren't liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or events beyond our control. Please check your parcel when it's delivered and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours, as described in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Exchanges, returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Discount codes are valid for a limited time, can't be combined unless stated, and have no cash value. We may withdraw or change promotions at any time. Misused codes may lead to order cancellation.

All content on this website, including our logo, brand name, product photos, designs and text, belongs to Juta Junction or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

By posting reviews, photos or comments, you allow us to display and use them on our website and social media. Content must be honest and must not be abusive, misleading or infringe others' rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.
